Who Can Apply? 

The grandparents or parents of permanent residents and Canadian citizens are eligible to apply for Super Visa Canada. Super Visa Canada Income Requirement of Sponsors 

The child or the grandchild who invites the parents and grandparents to stay in Canada through the Super Visa program must meet minimum income requirements. The following documents have to be submitted. NOA (Notice of Assessment) or T4/T1 for the most recent tax year;

• Insurance stubs of Employment 
• An employment letter including date of hiring and salary details 
• Bank statements or pay stubs

Super Visa Canada Application Process 

The Super Visa process is similar to regular TRV (Temporary Resident Visa). However, additional documents must be submitted to ensure the parents or grandparents are financially supported during their stay in Canada. The documents include, 

• An Invitation letter from the sponsor staying in Canada
• Documents proving the sponsor meets the minimum Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO)
• Proof of parental relationship with the sponsor like birth certificate 
• Proof of medical insurance with one-year coverage
